I first met Justin in 2002 when he recruited me into a post for a law firm. I was struck by the effort he put into getting to know me so as to ensure a great fit for both myself as candidate, as well as for the recruiting manager. He got it spot on. Since then, I have worked with Justin on a number of occasions, both as recruiter and as candidate. He continues to impress me with his knowledge and understanding of his clients’ needs, wants, and little eccentricities!
