Training Manager - Law Firm, iManage

International law firm seeking Training Manager to be responsible for designing, scheduling, resourcing and implementing a global training strategy for the firm.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Managing and work-allocating of the global IT Training team, ensuring they work together seamlessly to ensure a quality and consistent user experience and create an effective interface between training design and training delivery
  • Conducting regular 1-2-1's and annual development reviews for the IT Training Team Lead and IT Trainers
  • Collaborating with business teams to understand and develop business and functional requirements
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically to ensure continuous learning improvement

Skills required:

  • Extensive experience of devising and delivering a programme of training activities that utilise a range of different channels, including classroom sessions, eLearning, written materials, floorwalking, and 1-2-1's
  • Experience of designing and implementing an IT Training strategy, in particular during the rollout of new processes and ways of working
  • Legal applications such as iManage, Interaction, BigHand etc.
  • Microsoft Office 2013/2016 and Skype for Business
