Support Analyst - Law Firm

Experienced Support Analyst required by a leading law firm to provide 1st & 2nd line support to all users during the firm's laptop rollout.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the Firm's Laptop rollout experience of Azure Security including MFA and remote password reset. Managing devices through Endpoint manage
  • Act as the first point of contact, dealing with all technical issues related to the firm's applications
  • Provide application and systems support to all users both over the telephone and in person.
  • Liaising with senior IS team members and managing the escalation process with third party suppliers
  • Assisting users to maximise their use of existing facilities.

Key Skills Required:

  • Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and commitment (able to be on-site in the London office when required)
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Azure and Endpoint Manager
  • Elite 3E Finance applications
  • Administrator tools including Active Directory; Exchange; DNS; CMC
  • Windows7 and Windows 10
  • iManage / Worksite DMS (Filesite v9)
  • Citrix Remote Access and RSA keyfobs/software
  • Very strong technical knowledge of MS Office 2010, including Word formatting and working with templates
  • Previous experience working within a professional service environment (Legal, Accountancy, Finance) is highly desirable.
