Support Analyst 

We have a great opportunity for 2 Service Desk Analysts to join a highly regarded Law Firm on a 3 week contract. 

You will be assisting with support following a recent migration from exchange 2010 to Office 365. 

Knowledge & Expertise 

  • Proven experience working in an IT Service Desk or customer service  environment  (desirable but not essential)

  • An IT degree/apprenticeship is desirable 

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 

  • Team player with a flexible and proactive approach to work 

  • Experience handling 'How do I' queries 

To be successful in securing the role you should have a fundamental knowledge and passion for IT and Customer Service.
