Service Desk Analyst / Support Analyst - Law firm, Legal

We are looking for an exceptional I.T Service Desk Analyst /Support Analyst with experience working in the legal profession to join a leading Law Firm based in London. 

Key Responsibilities
· Answering, logging and fixing calls in call logging system escalating call to Supervisor and/or another department where appropriate, retaining        ownership of calls to ensure they are resolved within allotted times.
· Imaging and Configuring of Laptops with standard image and setting up any user requirements i.e.Remote Access, Printers  
· Visiting users and clients to fix calls, providing on the spot training or floor walking where necessary.
· Dealing with day to day iPhone, Citrix and GoodFE / Blackberry Work queries.

The firm are undertaking a number of projects, and you will have the opportunity to get involved in these alongside BAU

Previous experience working in a Law firm or on behalf of the legal profession is a big advantage. Failing this we will look at experience within other partnership, LLP or professional services.

Desirable experience includes:

  • Experience supporting Document Management Systems such as Filesite/Worksite
  • Experience supporting other Legal applications such as Elite, Carpe Diem, Interaction
