Service Desk Analyst required by ambitious and forward thinking London City Law Firm.

Key experience required:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an IT Support role; either as a Service Desk Analyst or Deskside Support
  • Experience gained within a professional services environment (Law, Accountancy, Insurance) industry is an advantage but not essential

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic customer focused individual to be part of a busy IT team within a Law firm. This role suits anyone with a keen interest in IT Support, working with the most up to date technology and looking to gain more exposure than a standard 1st/2nd line role.

Working as a Service Desk Analyst your key responsibilities should include:

  • Working in customer driven support desk environment supporting users throughout the law firm by providing remote and deskside support
  • Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many issues as possible
  • To escalate calls internally and with third parties and Infrastructure Support.
  • Responding to “How do I..” queries

Your technical knowledge should cover as many of the following as possible:

  • Office 2010/2013/2016
  • Windows 7, 8, 10
  • Active Directory – User Admin
  • Aderant/Elite
  • FileSite/ Autonomy WorkSite
  • Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
  • Citrix
