(Initial 6 month FTC)

Service Delivery Manager required for a 500 user UK Law Firm to manage all Production IT Services.

You'll manage Service Desk Teams (Including Service Desk Manager), Training Teams and be responsible for Incident, Problem, Change and Service Transition engaging with the Technical Services and Information Security Managers. You'll also work with the IT Partner to proactively engage with the Business to ensure Service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the activites of the IT Production Team: Service Desk, Training, Service Transition, Supplier Management and Change.
  • Handle incidents, requests and problems in line with best practice and work with internal teams and suppliers to prevent recurrence and constantly analyse performance.
  • Developing ITIL-based processes and ensuring they are followed, are suitable for business needs, constantly reviewing performance to ensure agreed SLAs are met
  • Analysing Service Desk activity and making recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leading the Production IT Stream for all projects

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a Support Management or Service Delivery background to help develop the team and the performance of the IT function, working closely with the IT Partner.

Law Firm experience is highly advantageous.
