Senior Applications Analyst
Senior Applications Analyst sought for an International Law Firm to be the Technical Lead for the Applications team based in their Liverpool office. As a Senior Applications Analyst, you will take the lead on advanced support and configuration of the firm's applications (especially the iManage DMS) as well as taking ownership in the delivery of related projects. The firm has offices across Europe and around the world, with around 650 users internationally.
Responsibilities include
- Act as a technical team lead for the firm's legal applications portfolio for support and project work
- Hands-on technical configuration of applications, including the iManage DMS (cloud), as well as time recording, digital dictation, and workflow solutions.
- Supporting integrations between O365 and other applications
- Producing documentation of configuration and design, as well as for other support analysts
- Work closely with people in the business and third parties to develop and implement solutions
- Manage application and software updates via SCCM
And you:
You will ideally have experience in a Senior or Lead Applications Support role previously, acting as an escalation point for other applications analysts, helping guide them through technical issues, and coming up with solutions.
Your skills and experience should include:
- Legal Applications support, including iManage DMS (NetDocuments or similar also welcome), digital dictation solution, workflow/task management services
- Experience in supervising, mentoring and developing a technical team
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies Office 365 & Windows 10
- Strong working knowledge of SCCM and Microsoft Intune, and MDM
- Knowledge of .Net/C#/VBScript/ASP/T-SQL/Powershell
- Integration and maintenance of 3rd party and off the shelf solutions
- A general understanding of server infrastructure and networking
