IT Support Analyst / Trainer

IT Support Analyst / Trainer sought by high-end private-client law firm to provide IT Support and Training to users in their Central London Head office.

Working in a small collaborative IT Team you will support users with all IT issues, Deliver Training for new joiners and create materials for new technologies and process. You'll have the freedom develop the training offering and the access and support to grow technically.

Law Firm / Legal Apps experience is essential however Training experience isn't, so if you're interested in taking your career in that direction this could be great exposure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring, maintaining and supporting Windows based Desktops and Laptops
  • Installing and configuring additional bespoke software and applications
  • Troubleshooting and investigating applications issues, including handling how-do-I queries
  • MS office configuration and support, including o365
  • Floor walking to offer ad-hoc training and advice on best practice in IT
  • Providing new starter training 1:1 and in small groups
  • Writing self-help guides and user documentation
  • Preparing training courses for new software deployments and upgrades

And you:

  • You will be a proactive self-starter with a customer centric approach and a natural aptitude for training with knowledge of…
  • A Document Management system such as NetDocuments / iManage Filesite/Worksite (DMS)
  • Windows 7/10
  • Microsoft Office 2016 / O365 suite config and support
  • Training Materials authoring/preparation including documentation and quick reference guides
