IT Support Analyst required to provide first line and second line support for a top regional professional service firm out of their Leeds office. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic customer focused individual to be part of a team within a professional services company. This role suits someone with a keen interest in IT Support, looking to develop new skills and progress their career/

Working as an IT Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

Operation of a Service Desk and Desktop support function for users throughout the firm
Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many incidents as possible at the first point of contact
Supporting users remotely and face to face
To escalate calls internally and with third parties
Responding to "How do I.." queries as well as break-fix and admin/config issues

Your technical knowledge should cover as many of the following as possible:

Windows 10
Office 2016/ Office 365
iManage Worksite/FilesiteWorkShare
Active Directory - User Admin
Windows Server
