Exciting opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a fast paced Service Desk of a City Law Firm.

This a great chance to join a firm that are investing heavily in IT with a large portfolio of ongoing projects and gain exposure in core Microsoft technology and applications as well as Legal specific solutions.

The ideal person will have around 6 months -2 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk in a professional services environment and demonstrate excellent customer service skills paired with sound IT knowledge and a desire to develop these skills.

Key Skills

  • Experience supporting users via phone, email and possibly face to face
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proactive approach to support and administration of the IT Service Desk
  • Knowledge of O365 would be advantageous as would exposure to a recognised Service Management tool
  • IT Related qualification - Apprenticeship/Degree would be beneficial.
