Infrastructure Team Leader
Top 15 Accountancy Firm require an Infrastructure Team Leader to manage escalations and deliver effective Infrastructure Operations and Projects. The group are responsible for building and administering the firm's storage, server, network, Cloud, data, voice and video infrastructure. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to evaluate solutions, services and contribute to improvement of IT Infrastructure.
Other responsibilities include:
* Monitoring, managing and leading a team of analysts & engineers responsible for Server, Network and Cloud Services
* Act as a technical escalation point for the Infrastructure team
* Delegation of continuous improvement, BAU and project work within the team.
* Working with the Infrastructure Manager, ensuring that contracts are in place for all systems and appropriate support, backup and capacity
* Managing a team of 3rd line support of all systems, ensuring that the highest levels of stability and reliability are maintained
Skills required:
* Strong demonstrable leadership experience within an Infrastructure team
* Virtualisation: VMWare, HyperV
* Network: Voice, Unified Comms, Messaging
* Windows Server 2012/2016, knowledge of Cisco UCS and HP servers
* Cloud Services: Azure, Office 365
* Security: Firewalls, IPS, IDS, Encryption
* SCCM Current branch
