Infrastructure Analyst / Operations Analyst - Azure + Wintel
Infrastructure Analyst / Operations Analyst sought for a 1500 user tech-focused Law Firm with offices across the UK, Europe, and Asia. The firm runs a hybrid Azure cloud infrastructure, working to scrum and devops practices. They're looking for people passionate about tech and keen to build exposure across a variety of solutions including Azure, O365, HCI, Software defined networking, and more.
As an Infrastructure Analyst / operations analyst you will work on a roughly 60/40 split of projects and BAU.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing cloud and on-premise server and network infrastructure
- Contributing to daily stand-ups to identify key priorities and update on sprint progress
- Evaluating new technology solutions and supporting R&D efforts
- Manage changes to production systems for servers and networking
- Providing advanced 3rd/4th line support for core MS solutions including Office 365 / Email, Active Directory / Azure AD, SQL servers
- Supporting Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity efforts

- MS Cloud - Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, Powershell
- Windows Server (2010 to 2019)
- Solarwinds monitoring
- Blob Storage / HP Nimble HCI
- Windows 10/11
- SQL Server 2014+ (basic server Administration)
- Networking - routing, switching, and firewwalls (including Cisco / Checkpoint solutions)

You'll be passionate about technology with the drive to champion the development of the firm's infrastructure. You'll be flexible and adaptable worker comfortable with multiple work streams and changing priorities.
Experience working within a Professional Services firm (e.g. Law, Accounting, Finance) with a strong service culture is desirable but not essential.
This is a great opportunity for someone with broad infrastructure knowledge across Server, storage, unified communications and networking/ security to join a progressive team and work closely on their migration to cloud services.
