HR Systems Project Manager - HRIS, Prince 2

HR Systems Project Manager equired by leading global law firm to:

  • Work with the sponsor in the development of the initial business case and developing the requirements
  • Be an integral contributor to the RFP process of a new HR System
  • Produce a range of possible solutions and making recommendations on the preferred approach
  • Oversee the migration from legacy to the new HR SystemLead the integration with other core systems i.e. DMS, PMS
  • Obtain buy in and support for the selected approach and setting up an implementation team
  • Manage the implementation, overseeing the migration from legacy to the new HR System
  • Lead the integration with other core systems i.e. DMS, PMS 
  • Manage and report on progress, issues, risks, and budgets

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5+ years Project Management experience 
  • HR Systems expertise, either in Project Management, Systems Managment or Analysis; being extremely familiar with HR databases, processes and workflow
  • A professional services background (legal or similar Partnership) and demonstrable experience engaging with global HR teams and gathering requirements
