Deskside Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst - Global Law Firm

Deskside Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst required by a Manchester office of Global Law firm.

As a Deskside Support Analyst you’ll be responsible for all IT support needs, resolving issues escalated from the service desk team based in London in regards to anything hands on within the Manchester office of 500.

Key experience required:

  • Working on a high quality IT Support team
  • Mobile Device Technology: You should demonstrate good knowledge of PDAs, Smart Phones, BYOD, Apple technology (iPads)
  • Imaging and configuring PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
  • MS Office 2007/2010 Support: Word & Outlook in particular
  • Updating support calls in the service management tool
  • Tagging and tracking IT Assets
