3rd line Support Engineer - Windows Servers, VMWare, Azure
3rd line Support Engineer sought by a respected law firm based in London with a 300-user base. The firm takes pride in the client service they offer and the support they give their people to grow and succeed in their careers. This role is a really exciting mix of BAU 3rd-line support and project.
As 3rd line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for daily morning checks of the firms Servers, maintaining the firm's Sever estate which includes storage, email, and Virtualised Servers.
Technical Experience Required;
- Microsoft Active Directory and supporting services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc)
- Azure AD and knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint)
- VMware vCenter
- Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid)
- Cisco network support experience
- Microsoft Windows server
- Virtual and physical datacentre server environment

Flexible and adaptable worker comfortable with multiple work streams and changing priorities.
Experience working within a Professional Services firm (e.g. Law, Accounting, Finance) with a strong service culture is highly desirable
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some 3rd line experience and has been exposed to Server & Network Support, but is looking to grow into a fully fledge Infrastructure Engineer
