1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst - Managed Services Provider

1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst sought to join a fast-growing Managed Services Company, with a particular focus on serving the Professional Services Sector (Law firms, Accountancy, Financial Services). You'll join a team providing support on a variety of systems and technology including MS Windows 10 and Mac OS, Citrix, Office 365 / Exchange Online, Networking and Connectivity, and more. You'll work with a portfolio of clients becoming a trusted advisor to their users and internal IT teams, who you'll work closely with.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support, responding to incidents and service via phone, email, and remote control.
  • Carrying out investigation and diagnosis, escalating to 3rd line teams as necessary, but learning fixes for next time
  • Maintaining a high degree of customer service and following ITIL based service management principles

And you

You should have experience in an IT Support Role, providing either helpdesk or service desk type support. Ideally you'll either have worked in a professional services or corporate setting (law, finance, accounting, architects and so on), or have worked for an MSP or outsourcing firm serving this space. You'll be passionate about IT and proven problem solver.
