Over the last two or three years the drive to hire Heads of Business Change / Heads of Projects has spread from the larger firms to the medium sized ones. This is a response to the transformation that most law firms are undertaking in order to streamline their businesses and improve compliance. This in turn has led to an increase in demand on us for contract resources.
To deliver to this increased demand, we set up a dedicated contract division so we can react more quickly to the urgent needs of our clients. We are the only Legal Tech recruiter with such a service.
In addition, we have addressed our clients’ concerns about the cost of these resources and the ever increasing scarcity of them by evolving this service to supplying expert teams and making use of cheaper offshore resources to help deliver these changes more quickly and more cheaply.
