ITS enters into first Co-Sourcing deal with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer

ITS completed in August the first 3 months of its co-sourcing deal with Freshfields.
We began running part of the FBD Service Desk as a Managed Service in May 2007, taking responsibility for managing the team and delivering the service during their full ITIL implementation.
It is a time of enormous and past-paced change but we have successfully sourced a team of skilled stand-by Analysts who have helped us ensure we filled our seats 99.56% of the time (every hour of every shift, every day; covering our regular Analysts when they are sick or on holiday).
It is the first time we have undertaken such a commitment and we are proud to have achieved such great figures.
