Desktop Support Analyst (MS Office 2003, Windows XP, Active Directory) required by an expanding international firm of 650+ users.

You will be part of a small, technical team responsible for providing 1st / 2nd line support on a wide variety of software and hardware including Office 2003, Windows XP, Active Directory, Blackberry devices, PCs, printers, laptops & XDAs/PDAs as well as bespoke and sector specific software.

You will deal with calls remotely as well as provide floor walking and desk side support.

There is an emphasis on technical ownership are you would be expected to go as far as you can when dealing with problems. You should also possess excellent customer service skills as you will be dealing directly with users of all levels from secretaries to senior partners.

Ideally you should have previous experience in a support role in a corporate/professional services environment (law firm, accountancy, finance etc).
