Kristian McMaster

Director

Kristian joined the ITS training programme in 2000 after graduating from Greenwich University with a 2:1 in Business Studies with Human Resources. Now a Director and Co-Owner with Justin following an MBO in 2009, Kristian is one of the most successful Legal IT Recruiters in the market.

David Willis

Consultant

David graduated from UCL and worked as a Recruitment Consultant & IT Manager for a small, local Recruitment Company in the high-end Hospitality industry before joining ITS in May 2007. David's client-focussed approach, flair for recruitment and IT knowledge has ensured that he is now one of our most successful Consultants. 

Tim joined us in March 2010 from Adecco having been a highly successful recruiter for them in one of their regional branches. 

He has already expanded our client base and delivered to existing clients by taking over ownership of two or three key accounts.  His approach is consultative rather than 'sales' which makes him a great addition to the team and a great start to our expansion plans.

Adrian graduated the University of East Anglia in 2005 with a 2:1 in Business Information Systems and joined ITS as a trainee resourcer.  He is now responsible for resourcing all legal candidates, maintaining up to date candidate records and for recruiting contractors for our Consultants.  He manages a small team of resourcers who focus solely on generating candidates with Legal experience.

Nick Peplow
