Database - we offer you access to an unrivalled register of outstanding candidates built up over several years. Using our state of the art recruitment software we can search over 10,000 of the very best business sector specific IT professionals at all levels and covering all sectors.
Advertising - this is the opportunity to proactively attract individuals from a competitive marketplace. We use all the major online job boards and we carry out face-to-face interviews with EVERY candidate we shortlist.
Search - a particularly effective tool in situations where a very specific skill set or background has been specified, or in sectors associated with candidate shortages or for senior candidates up to Director level. We are able to source individuals who have a proven track record within the confines of a tight remit. We can prepare and agree a target list, approach and proactively present the opportunity to chosen targets in complete confidence.
Under no circumstances do we ever headhunt from existing clients
We expect to get CVs to you quickly but will not compromise quality in order to be quick. If we can't find the right candidate, we assume that nobody has and do not 'send what we've got'. We keep you informed and keep interviewing until we are satisfied.
